Commisions are only partially refundable after progress has been made on the piece *Payment is upfront, through paypal(usd or euro)(if you have a large comission you can pay half upfront and half once it's completed).Don't use comissions of mine for commercial use unless we discuss that prior.Do not claim my art as your own(if you post the art anywhere else, credit please, it would be appreciated).I can deny/cancel your comission for whatever reason.*Please provide a clear reference for the characther(s) you want drawn. The reference can be whatever you want, but if it's unclear I may get some details wrong.

Regarding refunding
Comissions are only partially refundable after progress has been made on the piece, depending on how much progress has been madeSketch- 90% refund
Lineart- 50% refund
If no progress has been made, you will receive a full refund

Regarding denying/cancelling
I can deny you a commission for whatever reason,and i do not need to explain why i did so. If any progress was made but no payment was given,i will cancel the commission,if there has been payment,i’ll refund you

Extras
Additional characters- For each additional characters, add 50% of the cost of the base comission
